Nick Bidinger, Director
Mr. Bidinger received his Bachelor’s of Music Education and diploma in Education from the University of Colorado in May 2006. While attending CU he studied Euphonium privately under Michael Allen, Jeremy Van Hoy, Carson Mcteer, and Michael Dunn. Mr. Bidinger has also studied conducting under Allen McMurray.
Mr. Bidinger’s performance experience includes the University of Colorado Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, Golden Buffalo Marching Band, and the Undergraduate Tuba Quartet. This last summer Mr. Bidinger and his tuba quartet were semi finalists in the International Tuba Euphonium Association tuba quartet competition. Mr. Bidinger has also competed in several honors competitions, and DVD recordings created by Allen McMurray.
Mr. Bidinger is a native of Colorado, growing up in Longmont. He is a member of the Colorado Bandmasters Association and the Colorado Music Educators Association. His hobbies include four wheeling, rock climbing, and babysitting high school students.
